How do I cancel my order?
For in-stock items, orders are sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered product, please contact us to request the cancellation.

What is the refund and warranty policy for brand-new products?

● Products can be returned up to 14 days after receipt from purchase or delivery.

● Products over 14 days of delivery, the return window will be closed
How do I make a return?

If you need to return a product within the 14-day return policy, please contact us with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

Important note on returns:

● Please make sure that your product is in its original condition and packaging.

● The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee if there is no quality issue with the product.

● To ensure that we receive your return product, please use a traceable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number after you have shipped the return package back.

How can I get a prepaid return shipping label?

If there is no quality issue with the product, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. However, if there is a quality issue with the product, please contact us first to determine if returning the product is necessary. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

When will the (refund) credit appear on my credit card?

Once we receive your returned product, the refund credit will be processed and appear on your credit card account within a few business days. The exact timeframe for the credit to be reflected may vary depending on your financial institution's processing time. We appreciate your patience in this process.
